• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

little back ground first. 2yrs ago i bought my cousins gp gt after she got in in accident with it. i turned it around and brought it back to life. (well my dad and i did. my money his expertness)
when i got it
-bumper was off (front)
-window wouldnt stay up (duct taped)
-engine wouldnt stay running (when foot was let off gas)
-broken sway bar
-power steering pump was about shot
-window regulator
-control arm bushings
-terrible fuel filter (clogged)
-brake lines (replaced 2 and goin for 3 tomorrow)
and some other stuff

so now she wants it back lol imagine that. i should mention i bought it for 350$. so now i think ill sell it to her for about $1500. (blue book is around $2,100 with the options.

i plan on getting another gt. newer hopefully 2001 2002. keep the mods to a minimum. hv3,rockers,intake maybe a little trans work idk.

dont really want a gtp because alot ofpeople that have them abuse them (mostly us teens and young adults (and old kids lol)). not that people dont abuse the gts also.

just felt like talking..sorry

I would go for a GTP. 3800s are strong motors and can handle some abuse. As long as you buy a bone stock one you should be good. The real problem comes when people drop pullies and don't do supporting mods.

honestly im not worried about the motor. more worried about the transmission.
i love these motors. taken care of properly they last forever.
my gp 182000
dads monte 302000
later i would like to buy a used trans and rebuild with stonger parts or look into a manual
