So I originally traded my Mustang for my GTP, granted I am extremely happy with my GTP, but I do tend to miss the sweet sound of the 4.6L V8 rumble. Every time you got on the throttle you could feel the car rock from side to side. I'm not sure if I ever mentioned it here but I thought I'd share what I did have before.
Main reason why I got rid of it was because it had worn valve seals so it burned oil quite a bit, it was also going to need a tranny overhaul soon and the tight space was just uncomfortable. Would I ever own another? Absolutely if I can manage to save up money for an 03' Cobra I'd do it in a heartbeat. So here's couple pics and videos from back when I had it.

When the **** did GPF turn into a Ford forum?

This is the "Off-Topic" forum. There's nothing wrong w/ discussing a Ford, or any other maker here that I can see. Mustang or not that setup is sweet.
Just because its not a GM (or GP) doesn't mean its sh*t. Last I checked some of the most long tenured members here drive something completely different from a GP. If that's the case then we should be asking "When the **** did this turn into a Subaru forum", lol...

silversleigh- You could always bolt on the PI equip. to the NPI heads and get better compression. NPI w/ PI swap is common which I'm sure you're familiar with. Probably end up doing that with my 95 T-Bird until it blows up or I get tired of the valve seals leaking. Then it's 02 Explorer motor swap time.

Poke- Is that a Kenne Bell on that one?
 


I wish I still had my 95 Gt vert. After I sold it I bought the 95 Cougar that I tinkered with. Too be honest with ya, I would like to have another Mustang vert to cruise around in with my 5 year old and my gf. My 95 was a great car and took more abuse than I would ever throw at something now that I am 8 years older. If I was smarter back than I would have treated it better. The only reason why I ended up with this Grand Prix is because it was a spur of the moment buy. I got a great trade in for that Cougar at 3k and couldn't pass up the deal.

I had a feeling it was either that or the Bell. I know that Whipple is plenty capable on a Mustang. Guy on TCCoA has an 04 Cobra w/ a whipple putting down 810/715. I hate being broke, lol..
