My Headlights Have the Jiggles

When I'm tailgating someone at night I can see that my headlights are jiggling from small road bumps. When other people's cars do that it bugs me. I want to make the jiggles go away so I'm not a loser. I'm very familiar with how they mount but can't think of an obvious way to stop the jiggles.

Anybody got a fix for this? Thanks!
