My First Official Kill

So today I was just cruising when this guy in a Honda EK Hatch, he cruised next to me and at first threw it down and took off. I at first just laughed and shook my head thinking "Silly ricer".
So I start going around traffic and find myself right next to this guy again and he looks over at me and tells me he wants to race, again I laughed and told him "Why don't you get a head start". He laughed back and said he was sure his car would be me. So he insisted on a even race. We lined up at about 60mph and he took off early (what a surprise, typical ricer trying to gain a win). He at first pulled about a half a car length before I decided fun time was over and I floored the throttle and watched the boost gauge fill up. I flew passed the guy without even struggling and kept going just to see what this GTP could do. I glance down at the speedometer and it's pinned, so I look at the HUD and it read 138mph. So I decide to let off. The guy tries to do a ricer fly-by on me and so by putting this race to an end I one more time gunned it and flew right on past him. I see him in the rear view mirror banging on his steering wheel, I guess because all those pennies he put into his little 2 door weed eater wasn't good enough to beat a GTP.
Now on another note, his car didn't appear riced out. It had nice wheels on it and not a big fart can on the back. It was done nicely. But still ugly as hell.
The one thing I remember oh so clearly was hearing that supercharger screaming as I flew past the guy.

Oh yeah, and uh this was all done on a closed course :D
 


the hatch musta been stock...NOT saying your car is slow but im saying that those hondas are pretty quick for what they are. good kill man!
 
Car is stock with the exception of K&N CAI. I don't seem to have a governor though :D.
I'll admit his car had good acceleration and my car had to work a little to pass him on acceleration but once I got up to about 80mph he was done

EDIT: AND I have Flowmaster exhaust.
 


You guys could believe it or not lol, I'm not trying to make my car sound badass. I'm going off of what the HUD said.
 
Well I have no idea, unless whoever owned it before has had some previous work done I have no idea. Unless my HUD is not reading correctly. If that's the case then guess I'll need a new HUD

from all the ricers I killed over the years, I wasn't sure if was shocked or proud when my wife referred to a race she won with me and said the loser doing was doing a "ricer-flyby"

Good job, whatever your top speed was, if you won, you won!

1999, I mean I know I was doing well over 110 because that needle was pinned and I could tell by how quickly the rpm's were racing the car was gaining speed quickly
 
it probably felt like it went faster than it did because this WAS your first official kill and so that adrenaline was pumpinnnn
 


LOL I've had plenty of other kills before, this isn't my first rodeo, just my first official kill in the GTP.
Hell compared to my 96' Mustang GT I had this car felt twice as fast. I mean I know it makes what 60-70hp more than the 4.6L Non PI? but I know getting to 140mph in my Mustang took forevvverrr.
