My Controls Stopped Working

Ok boys. I've searched and searched and learn a lot of things about swapping out steering wheels, getting adapter wires to install a new HU and still be able to use your radio controls on your steering wheel. However nothing on what to do when you're driving to work on a cold, rainy Monday stuck in traffic and your beloved radio controls on your steering wheel stop working! I replaced the fuse yet they still show me no love.

I feel that I should state for the record that I was having an issue with my interior lights staying on WAY too long and I pulled the fuse for them so I could drive at night w/o having them on the whole time. When I replaced the fuse for them, it straightened them out. The radio controls did not respond so kindly.

Any advice would be super fantastic and really appreciated. Or if you can point me to here 500 other people have already gone over this, I'll gladly go read all about it.
 


Thanks. It's factory and they were working just fine until last week. I learned in all my searching on this issue that you can make your steering controls work off of another system, you just have to get an adapter :)
