I want to know wat other nice mods I could do to my car to make it look better and perform better

Stock rims will make it "perform" better.
Tell me those rear speaker boxes are teathered down to something? If not, that would be the first "mod" I'd do, by getting rid of those "I'm going to knock you unconscious when someone hits you" boxes. Can't imagine getting hit or hitting something and also have a 20lb. speaker box smoke the back of my head too.
I'd start by making sure all the mechanical things are in good working order before trying to make it look/perform better. Check to be sure the LIM gaskets have been done, check front sway for cracks, check wheel bearings for play, etc.

In the trunk I have a 15 inch subwoofer turbo probox for my 2000 watt bass amp and the two speaker boxes with the 6 tweeters in them weigh no more than 10 pounds each and I been changed all my hub wheel bearings on all my wheels

Under the hood I have a yellow top altima battery, 220 high output alternator, newer radiator, newer starter, a 00-03 motor I had swapped my old out cuz I blew the head gaskets and it was cheaper to just get another motor with less milage and I replaced the transmission wat else could I do under the hood?
