I finally able to post up pictures of my SSEi. It needs a few little touch ups but its finally presentable.

Sorry it took so long to responded needed time to tally everything up.
Well like bill said. I bought it Feb. 15th from a dealer in Connecticut. Drove it home 80 miles all was good . The next afternoon I crashed it, Long story short I tried to avoid someone who ran a stop sign and hit a lamp post.
With the support of family, friends, co-workers and bosses. They all said I should rebuild it. Pictures bellow

Donor nose I got from a junkyard included hood, fender, lights, radiator and nose structure.
Not pictured is the sub-frame and new GM bumper.
Bodywork with the new nose grafted on
They mounted the new sub-frame afterwards you can see how far off the damage was.

Painted ready for final assembly

Yes I know I could have bought another one , But it was clean with 110 k on the clock in the year and color I wanted. I hope this post was fun and educational
Also 4 Hankook Ventus new tires another $441.00.

You are a trekkie though? Cause this story kinda reminds me more of Galaxy Quest.. When Larado has to take the ship out the first time. Same side I believe!

Larado did better then I did, He was still able to drive the ship after his fender bender...I couldn't.:th_shakinghead2:

It would way less if you didn't add so many to hold everything down. Also your Patino stage 1 aero foil is not held down with zipties.
