I purchased a 02 GTP today, has 157k miles. It has a few issues like most used cars.

1. The ABS light is on. The PO replaced the front hub bearings and he said it came on after that.

2. The buttons for the radio in the steering wheel are all worn out.. how do I replace those ?

3. The keyless entry fob is missing.. what do I need to do to get another that will work with my car ?

4. When I lock the drivers door with the key it doesn't lock or unlock all doors just the drivers

5. The wiper blades seem to be out of time per say.. on delay wipe, they rest in the middle of the windshield.

6. The button under the steering column is broke so i cant turn the key switch all the way back is there a fix for that ?

Any help with these issues I would truly appreciate it !

Doesnt matter what key fob i get as long as its for my 02 gtp ? I didnt know if they had to have a certain transmitter number or anything like that ?

Is there a way to reset the ABS light ? My tracs off light is on as well..
 
Nope. Just get a compatible fob and search for the programming steps here. There are a few things needed to make it work with the car.

The trac off light is on because there is an issue with the ABS. Check the wire harness that connects from the front hubs to the main loom for breaks/corrosion. Since the hubs were replaced I'd suspect a wiring issue. You could also just disconnect the harness at the hubs, clean em up add some electrical grease and reconnect and see what you get. If the ABS light goes out then the trac off light should too.

Do the wipers rest at the bottom when off? If not, then might be time to remove the arms and set them at the bottom.
 
Thanks fordman.. ! Yeah they rest at the bottom when off but its kinda weird.. When there on and i turn them off they do this hesitstion thing and then go down. As i mentioned.. When there on delay wipe they stop in the middle of the windshield instead at the bottom so its like the motor isnt "timed" correctly if that makes sense.?
