Multiple codes

So Im driving today and notice I have no speedo or tach. I scan and it gives me these codes;

P0650,P1637,P1653,P1673

Car runs fine. Any idea's??

Thanks for all the input lol. Problem solved. Instrument cluster replaced

Yep, for whatever reason it decided stop working. HUD still displayed speed but showed the low fuel light when really I had 3/4 tank of gas. Basically leaving the instrument panel the culprit. Replaced with one with fewer miles and works fine now. Plus my car got newer at the same time :th_laugh-lol2:
