hey I recently bought a set of hid 6000k from motorfiend (bought last week). Then I realise the site is no longer running/available?! I was able to check on my item through the site until it went down s couple days ago(still down now). Has anyone dealt with motorfiend and bought hids? Why is the site down? Theyr not replying to my emails.
 


update. site is up and running but it has been 2 weeks since I ordered my HIDs and nothing yet. I keep checking the order and it still says it processing. Then under the order in the comments it says I must pay more for CA shipping! They have not responded to any messages or emails I have sent them in the past few weeks.

has anyone dealt with motorfiend/electtronic fiend before? I dont recommend them as their customer service is HORRIBLE. I have filed a paypal dispute just to get a refund. This could take months to settle unless they would just ship the F***** product!

any advice? and dont say I should have bought from a more reliable source because i know that now.

thanks guys. I have ordered tons of stuff online and never had a bad expereince. You would think the shipping I paid for was fine because you select what country and where u are etc.. but this company (motorfiend) is all mixed up.

Im thinking fleabay would even have been a better route now
 
UPDATE:

I had to get refunded by paypal (thank god i payed with paypal). Refunds were restored to my account today. In over 3 weeks, this company did not respond to me not once. I had to open a paypal dispute. No tracking info was ever given. No contact phone number. I ended up buying another set from a better source. (They are on their way with UPS tracking info given).

verdict:

DO NOT BUY FROM MOTORFIEND

Although they claim great service, their service is the worst I have ever encountered online. Never answered a single email or numerous messages. Luckily I was even able to get my money back.
