• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

More problems. Of course.

So I just got my trans fixed after a couple months 2 days ago.

Day 1
I had a coolant temp sensor code. Got a new sensor. Code is gone. But no reading on gauge cluster. But I can read it on my torque pro... Doesn't make sense.

Day 2
P0102 Mass or volume air flow circuit low input
P0135 O2 sensor heater circuit

What is going on with my car... Is it possible that bad gas from sitting is the cause of the codes? Please help

temp not working is the pos temp sensor, return it. try another one.

the maf and o2 codes, check fuse # 21 iirc, it marked ING. its the maf and o2 fuse.

Sweet. I took the temp sensor out to bring with me tomorrow. And the fuse was blown. Do you know what size fuse should be there?

Could that fuse have anything to do with why the gauge wasn't responding?

Update.
Maf sensor blows 2 seconds after I start the car. It keeps doing it. So I replaced the sensor and started it with the maf unplugged and it still blows. Idk if that will even help. But what do I do?

Okay. So I found the reason for the code. The plug for the o2 sensor melted on the header. But now I magically have another problem. I got new tires installed when the wheels were off the car. Because I was replacing the front wheel hub assemblies.

Now I have a weird wobble in the front end when it's under load. I jacked it up and I wiggled the wheels while I looked at everything. The lower ball joint on the drivers side was bad. So I replaced it. Didn't change anything.

So when I move the wheel left to right it has some play. When I move it top to bottom it doesn't wiggle. Now both tierod ends don't have play. The ball joint doesn't have play. One axle is a year old and the other a month old.

unless you have a f ed up tire. try rotating the fronts to the back.

its normal to feel some play. the steering wheel will move a bit. its when you can feel the joint move and click a bit you know for sure a tie rod is bad.

I'm thinking it's something in the axles. Cause it's only when it's under load. Speed doesn't matter. It usually starts at 3k rpm

oh i had this same problem your tans axle is bad you will need to buy a brand new one and replace it. if you been driving on it for long you will need new front tires to fix the wobble.
