That sucks. I ordered a few things from them and have had no issues. Rant on the vendor section over on gpona. I am sure that will get their attention.
 


Monster contacted me, saying UPS send info to them but didn't received any. For a business they are running i can't imagine they have such a flaw in communication. So i'm still waiting for my credit or missing part. It's going into the third week.
