Monster PARTS- A Bunch of Fools!

I bought like $190 in parts from MontersParts (Justin) and it was delivered with one item missing. I called him back and told him he said it's out his hands and i have to contact UPS. I did and established a case with the tracking #. Now it's been 5days and Monster-Justin said he has not gotten any info from UPS.UPS said that the account holder (Monster) have to contact them to rectify the problem. I waited 2 days and no calls from Monster- Justin. When i called him, he said."I'm swamp and will get to it when he can" That pissed me off because i did make a problem spending that kind of money from his store but in turn i got jack up. That's f.... driving me crazy. Those fools-MonsterParts.
