Monsoon Woofers not working

I just bought a 2005 GTP with the 6 disc monsoon system. The problem is that none of the woofers are working, only the tweeters. I have adjusted everything on the head unit. I have ohmed the driver front speaker (2 ohms), and I have continuity through the speaker wires to the woofer. There is power to the monsoon amp in the trunk and the ground is good. I will upgrade later (or sooner if it is more cost effective), but for now, I want to get the stock system working. I found the wiring diagram for the monsoon system.
