Mod question

Hey all. Question. Would all the following listed below safe to do a 3.1 or even a 2.8 pulley?

ZZPerformance intercooler with Gm pump
ZZPerformance 8 rib conversion
ZZPerformance fuel rails
Thrasher cold air intake
42 lb/hr injectors.
12" fbody brake rotor upgrade with dual piston calipers
High flow cat with u-bend delete.
Fuel pump hotwire kit
180 deg thermostat
Port matched and polished intake manifold

I'm kind of thinking its not enough mods to support those pulley's. I also have the choice of
ECU Tunes for:
1) Stock
2) 3.1" pulley 93 oct gas (tune currently in the car)
3) 3.1" pulley E85
4) 2.8" pulley E85

yeah, you wont be able to get away with that short list.

Maybe a 3.2" on a full size with a stock car and its TUNED well...maybe.

Buddy ran knock free with a short stack, PEM's, CAI, 3" catless DP...on a 3.25".

Every car is different.

Just go with headers and scratch the downpipe from them.

dont get a port matched LIM unless you're getting matched gaskets and heads.
