Meth Injection Kit

How hard is it to install a meth injection kit. What kind of tuning will i need. Im about to do a top swap. I want to run a 3.2 pulley with headers, colder plugs, 180 therm, CAI,and stage 2 intercooler. If i didnt get the intercooler could i run a 3.2 still with those mods and meth injection?

There's a great write up somewhere on here by bio about putting the nozzle in the blower housing. I know people also like to tap into throttle body spacers if you don't feel comfortable tapping your sc housing.

As far as pulley, I would get HPTuners and a wideband and tune yourself. Then you can also monitor for KR, which will be the main factor in dropping pullies.

Thanks Bio and i seen that you made a post on where to put it. I was wondering where did you end up putting it and what kind of gains did you see.

**** works great. If you are running a gen V blower, drill and tap the little bump on the top of the blower directly behind the tbody flange

You won't get away with a 3.2" with meth and an IC with a stock valvetrain on high compression without running fat on the AFR side and high EGT's with crap timing.

Think 3.4"~

Rockers aren't gonna open up enough flow for a .2" pulley drop.

Maybe if you piggy'd up the AFR and ran a 3.2"...you'd get low end TQ but it'd taper off pretty quick. Rockers might add 10-15 WHP...maybe. If you did 1.95 rollers.

i ran a 3.2 on meth with rockers.

i can agree that over-modding is usually the best route to take, but i think our mentality around here has gotten a little extreme.

So like I said, 3.2" on low comp. and 3.4" on high comp.

If you ran the IC and the methanol you might get away with a 3.2"...maybe.
