Manual pressure switch?

I am in the process of rebuilding my trans in my 06 GP GXP with 128,000 miles. I bought the complete rebuild kit from triple edge. The kit didn't come with the manual pressure switch part # 24239970. Would it be a good idea to replace this part since i'm already in there? All parts inside look great. Just wanting to know if it's a critical replacement part.
