Love the write up. Although you might want to find a better source for removing the bumper. Some of us on here are blocked and banned from Club GP. :D

There are five screws, three in each fenderwell, and two underneath holding the fenderwell to the fascia, then two 10mm bolts on the inner fenderwell, by where you put a FWI. Take out all the pushpins on the lower fascia, and the 7mm bolt right in the middle of the bumper. thats it, easy as that.

*edit: don't forget the push pins that hold the radiator cover plastic to the fascia either, and just pull straight out. let me know if you have more questions.*
..and the white triangle piece stays.. it just slides forward. It took me like a half hour to realize that. haha
Dont forget to unplug to fog lights!!!! Dont touch thr bulbs with your fingers because the oils on your hands will make the bulbs burn out.

Here it is C&Ped from ClubGP

Re: 4" Custom FenderWell Intake

* i never had to remove the bumper there is away around it, i just found out that the link on how to remove the bumper was not working so i am updating it to a working link now

Re: 4" Custom FenderWell Intake

When I made my similar fender well intake setup. I actually moved my AIT sensor down to where the hole in the fender well was and tapped into the PVC there for the sensor intake readings.

Here is a picture of mine when I did have it in there. I cut through the flashing to get to the tap I created and Gorilla glued a rubber gromet into the PVC so I could remove the sensor without issue when necessary.

so i made this and its freakin awesome; but i cut out a small portion of the wheel well also. does anyone think that it will suck in brake dust or any thing that will hurt my engine? i just think i will have to clean the filter a lot, but any suggestions would be good.

what size pipe did you use and did you have trouble installing without cutting anything. I really don't want to hack away at anything on my 00' gp gt.
