MAF Sensor Question?

I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP that is running rough and lost gas mileage.
I have put a code reader on it and it said it was no voltage at the MAF sensor. Put another one in the car and it doesn't run any better? Someone had said one time they found a blown fuse, I pulled every fuse in the car and all are fine! I checked to see if I had voltage at the Connector to the MAF sensor and I do?
I could really use some tips on what else I might have going on??
Thanks,
Brian

check the wires from the plug to the maf, if you see any cracks in the wires you need a new pig tail.

with the car off, un plug the maf, then start it, if it runs better unplugged then something is wrong with the maf or wires to it.
