M90 Gen III swap to Gen V?

I am looking into buying a gen V m90 off of a 04 gtp; i was just wondering what else I would need to buy for the total set up on my 97 gtp?
 


some vacuum tubing, genV lim (if you want to make it easy), t/b adapter, along with all the gaskets your going to need such as L32 s/c gasket and lim gaskets. Check out clubgp's sticky on the GenV.
