just curious as to anyones best guess on the weight of the heads intake and supercharger? the junkyard here is having a day where it's everything you can carry out for 50 dollars. im going to get that and if there is anything else anyone needs i can throw it on the heap if it's not to heavy and carry it out too. there are no GTP's only gt's and se's.

easy money!!!! sweet there is also a older grand prix or boniville either way it had the older blower on it the M62 maybe???? not sure on that one but anyway that car only had 110 thousand on it. if anyone is interested in it i will pull it and sell it to pay the entry fee.

Nobody will want that. Sorry to say.. The series one supercharged cars made 200 chp, the same as the series 2 n/a engines.. They are even more worthless than a gen 3 m90. Plus, no grand prix has an m62 on it.

yeah i didnt know it was saturday when i went there and it's been a long three days ... anyway my plan is to get the intake and heads and have them ported and polished, then when im ready i can just toss them on and not have my car down for a month.

You say PAU, like 92-95 weren't PAU's with series 1 SC motors.

Make sure anything you want to rip parts from is 96 or newer. Because while the silly little GP "supposed sports car" was sucking monkey butt with only 3.1 or 3.4 options, the rest of the GM line up was riding in style with the first generation of SC'd motors. Those same other cars got the Series 2 NA in 95 and the Series 2 SC in 96.

thanks for the info man !! always nice to learn something new appreciate it. i can attest to the horrendous performance of the 3.4 i have one in my grand am. does great on gas but couldnt get out of it's own way..
