Yeah, I remember actually reading your post. I dont think it's an issue of nozzle size, but i'm gonna look into that too...any possbilities with the pump intake? its a pain to get at so I need to set aside time to get at it and drain the tank, but I love entertaining all ideasMaybe the holes in the nozzles are too big? Maybe it's a week aftermarket pump? I had a similar issue where the drivers side barely came out but the pass side was great. I replaced both wiper arms since you can't get just the nozzles and it fixes my problem.
when there' fluid in the lines, and air is applied, it sprays out as it should...i'm leaning more towards a malfunction with the pump because in my experience, the pump sounds as if it is working well, just not performing properly. I'm going to check the lines tomorrow for any blockages to eliminate all probabilities.if you were to leave wiper fluid in the lines, then hit it with air, does it spray out or still dribble out?
air will flow freely where water will not in this case. could be the pump. they are like 12 bucks and 15 minutes to change. not a real big deal.
could even be a dirty plug connection causing low voltage to the pump.
