Low speed Wheel Bearing Noise? -97 GTP

Low speed noise I hear from driver side front wheel. When driving at low speeds I hear a "scraping" or "grinding" noise. It is very light and I really have to listen for it. Kinda like "swoosh-swoosh-swoosh-swoosh". Dosent go away when hitting the brakes.

Info:
Replaced all brake pads 1 month ago. No noise.
Replaced driver cv axle (where the noise is coming from). And now I have this noise.

So I looked on here and found a little info on wheel bearings.
Is it possible I got the torque on the axle nut wrong causeing wheel bearing issues?

What is the proper axle nut torque on a 97 gtp?

Thanks

You probably bent the dust shield that covers the rotor. Make sure it's not rubbing against the rotor.
