Low Boost

Recently, the digital gauge thing in my 2000 GTP isn't showing full boost, like it used to, and my car his having a more rough idle. What could be the cause?
 


When my buddy's Boost Bypass Valve broke he couldn't get more than 3 to 4 pounds of boost regardless of pulley size on the blower.
 


I checked everywhere and cannot find a vacuum leak (carb cleaner trick). It only idles slightly rough, not as smooth as i want. And the boost only goes up to 90% on the digital gauge.
