Loud noise

I recently replaced my catalyst converter and to pass emissions and after That my car started being loud mainly when the car is cold or when I’m accelerating but when the car warms up it becomes quiet but when I mash up the gas I start hearing again but not as loud when the car is cold. I passed the emissions and everything and till this day my check engine like is still off I’m just tired of the noise.
 


That would likely be an exhaust leak. Check the connections at the rear manifold and the end of the downpipe.
