The car doesnt care if your in neutral or park. It still hits the rev limiter when the car is NOT moving. Which applies here

I think my exhaust sounds pretty good.Kinda like the OP's description.Mine gurggles,pops and crackles but not in a bad sounding way its loud and sounds nice and clean.When i let off the gas at certain speeds it sounds really good
