Loss of gauges

So I'm driving along the other day on my way to school, and I get a "service traction control" and "service braking system" message on my DIC. No big deal, it was raining, figured it was just a wet/loose connection on one of my front hubs. Then, roughly 3 miles down the road, all my gauges go dead minus the speedo. Car was running fine. Turned it off and back on and everything was back to normal. Was driving around today and it did the same thing. After the gauges go dead, it's usually followed by a slew of error messages on the DIC which I assume is to be expected. And my DIC says "ERROR MI" under the trip meter. Any ideas what might be causing this? I've looked at all the TSB's for 04+ GPs and didn't see anything about this.
 


Sounds like you either have a bad wire somewhere, or the ECU is going bad. Check all your wiring near the hubs and see if one is broken/chaffed. If you have access to one, try swapping the ECU and see if the problem persists.
