looking to buy first grand prix

I am looking to buy my first grand prix for a dayly driver. I am looking for a 04-08 with 50,000 miles and up. what should I look out for? I have looked at a lot of cars already and have seen that the head gaskets are on there way out. Is this a common thing? What else should I be looking for?
 


head gaskets are not common, but lower intake manifold gaskets are. both have motor killing potential.
