looking to buy 98 regal GS and flip it

so i got some money to spend and i want to buy a car and flip it to make money....well i want your guys opinions. here is the link 1998 Buick Regal GS i know it doesnt show any photos but i looked at the car last night...its white in color..and the bad things bout it are.... 1)the back driver tail light needs replaced..fig i could get one on ebay cheap.... 2) the driver side window control unit has the window lock switch broke off in the lock position..so only the driver can roll down windows..again..junk yard or ebay part prob cheap...and there is a vaccum line the is disconnect...i have a 99 gtp so i was thinking i could trace the vac line on my car with the GS...ill get a photo of it here in a min...but the thing is..the spot where he has the vac line going to is down by the drive head light ..on my 99 gtp it runs accross the motor like his and down by the coolant like his but mine goes into a wire harness that is in a "bulk" harness...when i looked at the GS it was ran down the same way ...accross the motor ..down by the coolant take...then by the passenger light then some how coming out by the driver head light? any way he is asking 2200 cuz he has a loan on it... i got him down to 1550..what u guys think? ill get a photo and post
 


here is the photo.. where the red screw driver is pointing to/touching..that is the vac line that is disconnected. dude said he has sepnt over 5 hours tring to find where it goes

lol thats not what u said the first time...and i am not sure im sure more then 1550...kids around here prob would pay ugh....2400-3200 for it
