looking for build advice asap

right now i have a 2002 GP 3800 s/c block, or long block i guess? im looking to build it up but ive heard it would be a waste of time and money and i should just but a NA block or motor because id get more hp out of it. is this right? does it make any difference?

haha who the hell told u that. they must be retarded to say u would get more horsepower out of a N/A engine that a Superchargered engine.

u would get more horsepower putting a N/A shortblock under L67/L32 heads and supercharger or putting a turbo on.

thats what i ment by saying that. using a na lower half and sc upper. and money not a big thing. i plan on taking my time on the build. not all at once.

keep the low comp block, fresh bearings, hone the cylinders, install big turbo cam double roller etc. then save up the turbo pieces you need.

if youre staying with a supercharger, the stock one.

If your also stayin blower...keep the high compression N/A block...use the stock L67 bottom end low comp one for the high boostin turbo build
