Looking for a little assistance in the Tampa Area

Hello!

My name is Chris, I moved to Tampa from the Chicagoland area. I used to work on my car in my driveway/garage or at my friends house. Currently I live in an apartment complex and they do not allow me to do more than wash my car. I have family friends close, but they are worried what their neighbors might think if someone is working on a car in the driveway.

So that said, I am reaching out to the forum. I am looking for someone who is willing to let me borrow their garage, driveway, patch of concrete to do some work on my car. Im really just looking for somewhere to rotate my tires and check maybe replace front brake pads. I have all my own tools and equipment.

I am located near the USF campus, looking to stay within an hour of here if possible. Im willing to throw in some money, or bring some beverages to compensate for the use of space.

Also my car is not perfect, it may leak some oil and drop some rust when it goes up in the air. I can bring some floor coverings if you keep your garage/ driveway very neat.

If this doesnt work I may have to go that route... Im still kinda new so I would definitely have to do some driving around and looking. Also would have to make sure I dont go to the wrong side of town and get arrested for stealing the wheels off my own car
 
haha. yeah that's happened once or twice lol. if I did live closer I would offer but ya know Nashville is a bit far for you I'd figure
