Looking at 2006 prix gxp-- worried about the mileage

The guy says the car is solid and he is the only owner but im concered about the longevity of it. I'm a student and cant afford to get a different car if this one ****s out. Any advice?

Its to the moon and a little back. Thats about 273k miles, and the moon is about 239k miles away.

Its a thousand bucks, that's dirt cheap even with that mileage.Ask him what exactly has been done for repairs, it could be almost everything at this point. You get nothing for a grand these days that isn't a rust bucket.
