little bit of rattle and a tps?

so ever since it seems i did the wbody store 13" upgrade on my car ive noticed a slight to moderate vibration on the high way around 50 and over sometimes feeling smoother than others. today i switched over to my winter wheels and it seems to have gotten worse(idk if the different tires play a factor but all wheels and tires that have been on are supposedly balanced). second thing is i just put the third set of after market wheels on my car and this is the first set that has set off the tps alarm. any ideas on either situation would be greatly appreciated.
