LIM replacement needed in Dallas

Can any of you recommend a shop or mechanic that you would trust to do LIM gasket replacement on my 04 GTP? I have been a lurker for the last week reading the posts on overheating, etc. My oil is not milky and it appears that my LIM gaskets are leaking. I am recently between houses and do not have a garage to work in at the moment and my tools are in storage or I would do this myself. I have the mechanical ability to assist if needed and would prefer to be present during the replacement if possible. I think two pairs of eyes are often better than one.

Also with 100K would you recommend that I also replace the water pump? I know both elbows should be replaced.

On the WP, I wouldn't replace it if it isn't bad. A WP can go billion or so miles w/o issues or it could go 5 miles. Swapping to a new one doesn't get you better any improvement over the current one as long as it's working well.
