Lights and power issues / Dimming and slow

Okay so here's the deal. I've noticed that my headlights and interior lights will dim when I turn my wheel and when I press my window switches. My windows go up excrutiatingly slow and when I'm idling, my heat seems to slow down. I had my alt checked and it read a 14.5 volts. I'm confuse as to what it could be. Any ideas?

Edit: I've also noticed when coasting at times, my RPMs will drop slightly real quick and then shoot right back up. It's random.

alternator going bad?

No not the alternator. Had it checked and checked it again today when changing my coupler. It's all good.

checking the voltage and the output of an alt are two different things.

Have it bench tested properly.

been getting these problems as well. my alt has been changed twice in the last 2 years, pretty sure its not that. Also have noticed that my brake lights still come on (when pushing brakes) even when the car is off... anyone have ideas?
