Lighting: LED switchbacks / Fogs (07 GP)

I'm looking to replace the ugly (IMO) amber running lights on my 2007 GP. Since these are the front indicators too, i figured i should go with some Type 2 switchbacks. Mostly looking for some guidance:

According to the sylvania bulb guide, the parking lights/front turn signals are 3757A's, and from what ive read, 3157's will fit, is this correct?

What type of load resistor will i need?

Are the LED's plug and play?

HID Fogs bulb type? (898?)

Best place to buy all these online?
-v-leds
-diode dynamics
-Suggestions?

I know theres quite a bit here, so i really appreciate any replies.

Thanks guys

EDIT: I really only feel lost cause it seems like everywhere i research these answers im seeing different things. Figured it'll be easier to just ask lol

3157 is the right bulb size.

I needed a load resistor or I would have the hyper flash.

They are plug and play.

Thanks guys, appreciate it!

How about fogs, im seeing H11's maybe?
havent seen 898 bulbs anywhere online..

I figure if im getting Bright led's Ill get some bright bulbs for low beam and fogs too until i can afford real HID's to try and keep a clean brite white look all around in front

eBay is your best friend if you want a different color bulb for your fog lights.

Not looking for a different color, just brighter is all.

PFYC.com has some Putcho bulbs for pretty cheap, (4000K mirror white)
9006 will be my low bulbs, but what bulb type for fogs?

H11?

898 is your fog light bulb.

If you want brighter bulbs, just wait a little longer and buy some HIDs when you have the money. It just makes more sense if that's what you want in the long end.

HIDs are definatley the way to go when it comes to lighting. Ive had them for well over a year with zero problems. Oh please dont buy your switchbacks from autolumination.com. I bought a pair of there top-tier Switchbacks with some load resistors and the load resistors would fry the "Switchback" function of the bulbs. Yes, the Orange was much brighter as they advertised but the bulbs only lasted for upwards of a month. I bought my switchbacks from ijdmtoy.com. The "Orange" part isnt the brightest during the day due to our crappy no-reflection housings but I havent had any problems and have had them for 9 months now.

I used a 6 ohm Load Resistor, 1 per bulb. You should be able to get them from anyone who provides LED bulbs.

3157's will fit, don't force them in, you'll end up pushing the insides down and you'll have to rip apart the base to fix them, I did that and my signals worked but not the running lights, if you get 3157's grab a knife and shave each side.
