Light problem after Engine swap

Having issue with warning lights after swapping engines. Swapped the blown motor in my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT 3800 II motor with a 97 GP-GT 3800 II. The motor runs fabulous but all the warning light such as the Check Engine, Low Oil, ABS in the instrument panel are lite, along with the low windshield washer solvent level warning light in the information center. I've tried resetting the computer with no avail. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
 


Remember that lower trans to engine bolt with the stud for the grounds on it.

1 negative battery cable
2 ground wires.

I'm betting something isn't getting the right voltage because either its' loose or one is missing.
 
Thanks for the reply BillBoost37... negative battery cable good... ground wires seem tight... Had codes ran and nothing is coming up... Also forgot to add that the ABS light is on and also the Trac Off light and I can not get the Trac Control to engage.
 
only other thing other then a bad ground i can think of is a bad ignition harness. they make the dash lights crazy. blower motors not work and such.
 
The ABS light is likely due to a bad wheel speed sensor. Which means you will be replacing a hub. Jack it up in front and pull on the tire at 12 and 6 and see if there is any play in a wheel. If so, then that's the one I'd start with. This is why you cannot engage the trac control, as it is disabled when there is a speed sensor issue. Only use Timkin or SKF wheel bearings on these cars. The Autozone specials suck. Expect to spend about $100 per hub.
