So I live in Minnesota which means we constantly get snow that ices up on the window. When I was scraping my rear window off the arrowhead decal I got from you guys got some scrapes in it and part of it torn. Does this go with the Lifetime warranty you guys offer?
 


We do not offer a rear window decal on our site. Was this a custom order? Please PM or email me with your Order# and I'll take a look. Scraping the decal off does not fall under a warranty (defect), but we will certainly work with you. Please send me the order number or even your name at your earliest convenience. :)
