LED turn signal. Hyper flash fix - Which one?



Change the flasher.

The modules and adapters just simulate the load of a regular bulb, so you don't gain the electrical advantage of going LED, other than the looks.
 
go autozone or similar parts store and get the flasher that has 3 prongs on the bottom instead of 2, i think its ep29 but im not positive, cut off the middle prong and install. all done no more hyperflash. i have switchbacks too.
 


EP28 is a direct plug in:

EP29 has an extra terminal:

If you have to buy a new flasher, why not buy the right one, EP28.
 


I had ordered one from autolumination and it was an ep29 w the prong trimmed off. Then I broke it so I went to advance auto and got an ep29 and trimmed the prong and it worked like its supposed to.
