LED third brake light mod

As I have noticed by my many of searches.. there are no aftermarket third brake lights. How easy would it be to make one, and if anyone has made one before, please share!
 


I LED'd my third...and all the lights in my car with bulbs... plug in a done. I didn't so a board etc, but didn't need that.
