I was driving home today and my car overheated so I put some water in just to get me home. When I got home I looked to see where the leak was coming from and it was dripping from the hose that goes from the radiator to the engine. It was also leaking from underneath the engine but I couldnt see from where exactly. Obviously I need a radiator hose to stop the leak but how about under the engine what could that be from??? Any help would be much appreciated.

If your waterpump had issues you'd hear noises. I bet its hoses or coolant elbows. I'd replace the hose first and go from there. 2 Pressure clamps and your done. Also look at the coolant elbows that go through the alternator support bracket. Those get old and crack with age\heat.

Your going to have to drain your radiator for that bottom hose though. And purge your system for air after replacing your hoses, ect.

Go to your favorite autoparts store and buy a jug or two of Dexcool, a catch can that can hold a gallon or more of antifreeze, and a radiator hose. It may not hurt to do both at the same time. The top one is really easy.
