Leak right rear wheel.

I have a 98 GTP with 237K miles and when i park it in my garage the only leak i have is from my right rear wheel..Unfortunately its brake fluid and i tracked it down to little metal piece thats located right after my caliper. Its a cylinder piece and its leaking from the middle. Is it an easy fix?

Thanks Bill for the reply. My co-worker looked at it and he said its a proportioning valve and its a fairly easy fix. I guess its back to the dealer to buy the part.

Thanks

I had a portioning valve leak in the same place on my car. Just replace it and bleed that caliper and all will be good. IIRC the part costs under $20 from the dealer...

Thanks Shawn. I will visit the dealership tomorrow for that part. I can't believe the part only cost $20 at the dealership. I say that because my poor mom paid $80 for an air filter for a freaking Sebring.. I wasn't there to step in unfortunately.

Keep in mind, this was a few years ago. I'm sure it wasn't $20 though, it was pretty damn cheap and simple I thought. I don't remember if that was with or without my discount though.

$80 for an air filter? Better be gold plated...
