I replaced my lca as well as the left axle shaft. Needless to say that was a pita to remove it from the tranny. Anyway, when i removed my lca i compared it to the new one and everything was the same except for the welded bracket were the stabilizer links go thru the lca. On the new one theywere located about 3 1/2cms or 1 1/2" closer towards the tranny side. So i put everything back totogether and replaced the links w new ones and it cracks almost everytime i hit a good bump or turn the wheel. It says on the box its for a 24mm sway bar and i hv a 33mm. Weird thing is they dont hv a listing for a 24mm bar for that year. Any help would be appreciated. 2008 gp base
 


I meant to say the bracket on the control arm for the link is off by a good 1" farther out towards the inside of the motor. That would make the sway needing to be longer. Thanks again
