Lack Of Power

Hello All!

I have a concern about my car, and everyone here seems pretty smart, so I figure I would ask.

I have a 2008 with the 3.8L, and i've been having an issue where the car seems to have a lack of power. It accelerates fine, but it seems to have a sluggish response to the throttle. It takes an extra second to kick in sometimes, and it's hard to maintain RPMs while cruising. The car has new plugs, wires, ICM, and I recently cleaned the Throttle Body and MAF sensor, as well as changed the Air Filter. Today I sat in the driveway and rev'd the engine up, and got three different RPMs with the pedal depressed to roughly the same position each time. I don't have a CEL, and the only codes that i'm throwing are for the Brake Switch, and a Wheel Speed Sensor for the ABS. Anyway, i'm stumped. Any Help would be awesome! :)

Could be a dying throttle/pedal position sensor (I think that's what they call it on the drive by wire cars). What type of plugs did you install? Hopefully not platinums.

Nope, I used Delco Iridiums, or Double or something, honestly I can't remember, other then they were the identical OEM plugs, part number and all.
