L67 in a se Grand Prix

Friend of mine has a se (3100 v6)

And wants to know if a L67 swap would be reasonably simple. Say full drop outs, subframe, everything from one to another?

What all would be needed? other than the obvious? Would be be a direct swap? what about wiring and harnesses?

I can't really be of any help to him, cause i've never looked a 3100 GP over. I dont wanna hear the "yada yada buy a GTP blah blah bullsh*t" I just wanna help my buddy out. Is it easily do-able?

swap the wiring, the engine, trans, it will physically all bolt up then

Should be a direct sub frame swap + wiring harnesses if it is a 3100. A 3.1L isn't necessarily a 3100 though.

We figured that mush, everything should bolt right in, So that's no big deal, But the part is making it work. By wire harness, that's where we need help. Are you guys talking about the full engine harness? Or more than that?
 
If its a 97-03 gp se as long as the engine subframe tranny harness and pcm are out of a 97-03 they Will bolt right up.
