whats the best way to clean off all the oil off the manifold

also which LIM gaskets are better to use i see good reviews on the felpro brand and i heard the GM wasnt as good
 


Mine are plugged too thanks to Billboost. Combined with aluminum coolant elbows, aluminum LIM gaskets, and the plugged LIM, I don't have anything to ever worry about again with this motor.
 


You had asked about cleaning the manifold and I thought you might be cleaning the upper intake manifold. If that's the case, I'd suggest plugging the ports suggested in that thread, because the EGR runs between two coolant ports in the upper manifold and over time the heat will crack the manifold and allow the coolant to dump into your engine.

That link.. if you haven't already read it, should be a must read for anyone with an L36. It shows you how and why you could have a failure.

yea i aksed how to clean it and ok i read it i got to read it again to make sure i do it correctly is this a mod or some sort

Im a noob to this mod or idea so any information and steps and help would be thankful
