Keyspan software issues

So im not quite sure what happened here but when my laptop crashed, it took all of my bins and software off and reverted it back to factory Win 7. I already installed the net 1.1 framework, tiny tuner, and powrtuner. For some reason, the keyspan software is stuck in a loop of repairing itself whenever i open the program. Does anybody have a different copy of the software i can try since the company doesnt seem to exist any more. Or maybe some ideas on getting it to work?
 


all my pc's make a bong sound when the usb is plugged or un plugged. as long as it plugged into some thing of course. dhp, printer cell phone charger ect.
 
Its not like the usual chime. Its a triple chime, not the regular double.

Edit: The green light on the adapter wont light up either.
