keyless entry quit working

My keyless entry on 99 GTP started only working at a short range and then started working slowly and then quit all together. I thought the battery was bad in the key fob so I replaced it and it still didn't work. I figured that maybe my key fob finally died so I picked up a used key fob same part number, but I can never get it to program. I thought maybe they sent me a bad one so I had them send another and it won't program either. I took it into the dealer and they fiddled around with it for an hour and confirmed both my key fobs were good, but didn't really give me any direction from there other then they said it wasn't going into program mode. Has any one had this issue before? Could it be my receiver or is it the BCM? Also what does each item look like? Thanks in advance
 


Have you checked all the fuses in the car? IIRC, you pull the MALL/PGM fuse to program a new fob. Maybe it's blown and shutdown the RKE (remote keyless entry)?

MALL PGM AND MALL fuses are good, wasn't sure what other fuses I needed to check. I verified I have power at the receiver last night, but I wasn't sure which box was the BCM. What does it look like or what is the part number for it? Part numbers for the receiver and BCM would be appreciated if anyone has them available.

I got it working tonight. It ended up being the RKE receiver module that is behind the DIC(shows your MPG, Gal used, Oil % etc), you have to pull the front dash trim piece off, to be able to pop the DIC out and it is directly behind there. For anyone that is interested the p/n is 10418726 and made by Lectron, I bought a used one off ebay for $15, new is around $150 or more.
