Key Wont Unlock Doors But Will Start Car

Got the 07 GP back from the shop for some front end damage and now it seems none of the keys will unlook the door. They will lock it but not unlock it, I have to use the remote. Yet every key will start the car and work in the glove box. I saw a old post about the lock being installed upside down causing the lock to jam when trying to unlock but I don't know why they would have removed the lock out of the door to fix the bumper. Whats the normal direction to turn the key to unlock and lock? Turning the key right or clockwise locks it now and counter clockwise feels like its jamming.

This happened on my car and my lock was basically disintegrated. Replace the lock and get it keyed to the same keys and problem will be solved.
 
Lock was installed upside down so the linkage was binding. Once I flipped it around all is good.

Keyless start also wasn't working even tough I didn't have a check engine light. I had a 420 a while back but it was cleared, so I thought. Disconnected the positive cable and hooked it back up and it was good to go
