Key Fob won't program

Hi everyone, I have a 98 GP GT and I can not get the car to go into program mode. I do the whole pull the fuse and turn key off and on (acc) and open door (if I remember right) and the fasten seat belt light flashes with a few chimes too. I can not get the thing to program to anything. I have tried 4 diffrent remotes. (all work, and all work with the car) I got the car with out a key fob to it (grandparents own a car lot and got it from a little old lady, which can't remember if it came with one) but all of the GT's I've seen have one.


Can anyone help on this one??? I'm stumped.
 


Dont take this the wrong way but your turning the key back towards yourself for acc right? not forward. I did it wrong when i first tried so thats why i ask.

I tried that, all it does it chime, 4 times. and I don't mean 1 time every chime, I mean 1 chime pause 2 chimes pause 3 chimes pause then the 4th chime. then it will restart that and after the 2en cycle of the chimes it wont do it. I know they key fob works because It came from a wrecked 99' GP and it worked on that car.

Is there any other way I can program the remote to the car????? I dont like unlocking it using the key....
